Worldwide, the name VERSEIDAG stands for innovative, high-quality, coated "technical textiles".

Based on decades of experience, VERSEIDAG bundles unique know-how about high-performance materials and application markets with state-of-the-art production technology at its production sites. VERSEIDAG products can be found in a variety of highly demanding application markets, such as textile architecture, large tents, large format digital printing, biogas, bullet-proof vests and other industrial solutions.

Going new sales channels

VERSEIDAG wished for a further distribution channel to the existing intermediate trade for the "Technical Textiles" product area. Direct sales should enable Verseidag to place high-quality technical textiles "Made in Germany" at attractive prices.
VERSEIDAG's products are aimed exclusively at B2B customers. In addition, VERSEIDAG had existing customers who were to be incorporated into the new system in a customer-friendly manner. Accordingly, the takeover and activation of existing customers had to be designed and implemented.

Pure B2B Shop

The offer is aimed exclusively at professionals such as large-format printers and the focus of the usability concept was on quickly finding the right product. Customers can narrow down their search directly on the start page using various filters. Even on a smartphone, the filters are immediately accessible and easy to use.
Real challenges became apparent in various details such as the calculation of delivery costs for the products, which sometimes weigh several tons.
For information such as availability, prices and customer information, the shop was connected to the existing ERP system asynchronously to prevent data loss during ordering processes.
